Gather Information and Authorization

AHFX sends client Information Sheets (Start Now! Go to the information sheets)
Client fills out Information Sheets
Client faxes Information Sheets to AHFX at (208) 538-6748
AHFX sends Estimate Authorization
Client signs Authorization and faxes to AHFX at (208) 538-6748

Design

AHFX creates Website Design based on Information Sheets
AHFX submits Proposed Layout for approval
Client approves or requests modifications to Design
- Modifications are made and Design is resubmitted for approval
  (This process is repeated until client approves design)
AHFX sends Invoice to client
Client remits payment of 50% or more of Invoice amount

Coding

AHFX begins coding upon receipt of 50% or more of Invoice amount
Client submits copy (text for site), product information, additional pictures, and other content for site
AHFX finishes coding
Client remits balance remaining on Invoice and any additional amounts added to original Invoice
AHFX places website on the Internet
AHFX performs basic Search Engine Optimization on website pages
AHFX submits website to Google, Yahoo, and Bing for inclusion in their search engines
AHFX performs updates and "tweaks" for free for 30 days from final payment**
After 30 days all updates are billed at the then current design rate

**These are minor updates and tweaks including textual edits. Major layout changes, excessive page additions, or other major revisions will be charged at the then current design rate
