Darn, my Page Rank went down from 3 to 2 seems like a lot of sites have been affected.

Alan, this last update hurt a lot of people. Most sites that I know of went down one full rank. I´m still looking into the cause.

My page rank went down form 2 to zero in the newer update.

I´ve worked very hard at optimizing my blog, done extensive link building but I can´t seem to push it over PR1. All the content is original with no spam anywhere. My search continues.

I have a hard time following the "advice" of people that say they know how to increase pagerank when their site doesn´t have ANY pagerank at all.

Recently my site is drawing some amount of traffic compared to last one year since I created the site. I have not placed any spam/malware in the site (and I gurantee this). All articles in my site are well organized in hierarchical fashion and added with meta keywords (never ever more than 7 words) and meta description. Articles are of good quality and standard, average site loading speed is not bad (with in 2 seconds) BUT even after all these, guess what - my site - is still having a 0 pagerank. Anybody can explain?

I used the same tactics to increase the PR of one of my website to PR 1 in just a month or so.
Btw, right now the PR checker is not working for me either on the tools on my pc and on the internet.

Fix your Title and Meta tags. (They are filled with SPAM) For basic information see our SEO Basics Page.
Remove the hidden comment tags with stuffed keywords. (More SPAM)
