A quick and dirty way of seeing just how Googlebot is seeing your page is by going to Google and typing in your domain name in with the cache operator. For example, cache:www.ahfx.net Then click on the top where it says "cached text" only. If you don´t see your links, or your main items on that page, you aren´t doing a very good job.
Kurt, for your site, you need a lot of help. Whatever program you are using is adding it tons of bloated code and has made the links unspiderable. I´d change programs if I were you to something like dreamweaver or the such.
